World's First Underwater Band Releases Music

If you love pools and music, there is a new band for you. It's called AquaSonic and they sing and play all their instruments underwater.

It's the brainchild of Danish avant-garde ensemble Between Music, which created special instruments for the project. Those instruments have names like the hydraulophone, the crystallophone and the rotacorda.

All of AquaSonic's singing and playing happens while the members are submerged in tanks, which act as instruments themselves that change based on the water's temperature and other qualities. They use special microphones as well to pick up the unique music.

With a sound like no other band, AquaSonic is definitely making a splash.
